Active Shooter Situation at Townville Elementary School

An active shooter situation has been reported at Townville Elementary School. Deputies with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office are on scene. They responded to the school around 2pm. Highway 24 has been shutdown and people are being asked to avoid the area around Townville Elementary School.
