Enrollment for Alive At 25 Classes

Enrollment in Alive At 25 classes is underway in Oconee County. This survival course developed by the National Safety Council is designed to deal with inexperience and casual attitudes participants have about driving which can cause violations, collisions, injury or death. The four and half-hour course is taught by trained law enforcement officers in plain clothes. The course is $35 per participant, which covers the cost of materials. Schools do not receive any money. Participants may register by logging onto www.scaliveat25.org or by going to the link on local high school websites. Scholarships are available through Alive At 25. Students must receive certification from Alive At 25 prior to parking on all high school campuses within the School District of Oconee County.
