Holder among SCACA 2016 Hall of Fame Inductees

The South Carolina Athletic Coaches Association (SCACA) announces the 2016 Hall of Fame Inductees, which includes a former Seneca High School coach. Amanda Holder, girls’ basketball coach and Athletic Director at Seneca High Schools for 35 years heads this year’s six-member class. Other inductees include Billy Ammons, football coach and Athletic Director at Camden High School for 26 years, Mike Anthony, football coach and Athletic Director at Carolina High, Southside High, Batesburg-Leesville High, Easley High, and Union High Schools for 23 years, Dennis Botts (deceased), football coach at Calhoun Falls and Abbeville High Schools for 22 years, Jim Mattos, boys’ basketball and track coach as well as Athletic Director at Berea High School for 28 years, and Frank Ridlehoover, boys’ soccer coach at Eastside High, Dorman High, Polk County High (NC), and Gaffney High Schools for 36 years. The inductees will be honored at the Annual SCACA Awards Banquet on July 24, 2016 at the Charleston Convention Center in North Charleston.
