Johnson Controls donate School Supplies

The School District of Oconee County is thanking the employees of Johnson Controls, Inc. who responded to a challenge to purchase school supplies for students who might otherwise not have the items needed for the start of school. Oconee County Schools Superintendent Dr. Michael Thorsland was presented with the supplies, which were taken to James M. Brown Elementary to be distributed to students who needed them. Johnson Controls is located on the Old Walhalla Highway in West Union, and produces battery components and automotive battery cases and covers.
