OC Sheriff’s Office seeks help solving Walmart Shoplifting

Walmart Shoplifting Suspect - August 18th, 2016The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office seeks the public’s help regarding the identification of an individual in relation to an Aug. 18 lunch hour shoplifting that occurred at the Seneca Walmart. A deputy responded to the Sandifer Boulevard location on the day of the incident and spoke to an employee of the store. According to information the deputy obtained as a result of the investigation, an African-American female stole items from the store, which included golf balls, clothing and glasses. The employee was able to retrieve the items but the individual fled the scene on foot and the officer was not able to locate the individual in question. If you have any information regarding this Aug. 18 lunch hour shoplifting at the Seneca Walmart and can identify the individual in relation to this incident, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
