Search continues for Clemson Murder Suspect

A murder suspect remains at large and the Clemson City Police Department warns residents that he is to be considered armed and dangerous. Saturday afternoon, the Clemson City Police Department received a call about a person having been shot in the head. The incident occurred at the intersection of Issaqueena Trail and Cambridge Drive around 12:30pm. Wanted for one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder is 23-year-old Jaron Lamont Gibbs, who is known to frequent the Greenville and Pendleton areas along with the City of Clemson. All indications are this was an isolated incident and the public is not in danger but are asked not to approach Gibbs if seen.
