15th High School Fishing World Finals and National Championship Coming to Anderson

The 15th High School Fishing World Finals and National Championship will be held at Lake Hartwell in Anderson from June 19 to June 22. Teams from the U.S., Canada, South Africa, and other countries will compete for $3.2 million in scholarships and prizes. Each team, comprising two high schoolers and an adult captain, will launch from Green Pond Landing at 6 a.m. and weigh in at 1:30 p.m. Approximately 3,000 guests are expected to attend.
