31 SHS Students named to SC All-State Chorus

Once again, Seneca High School’s (SHS) chorus students triumph as thirty-one were named to the South Carolina All-State Chorus. Of the over ninety schools participating in the state, SHS had the third largest number of students chosen. Students selected will sing at Winthrop University in March with world-renowned conductors. Setting a new SHS record were eighteen students who performed perfectly on the sight singing portion of the audition. Congratulations to these students who were selected: Javan Alexander, Amya Amaker, John Broom, Ellie Cannon, Parker Chea, Emilee Cotton, Caroline Crowe, Chase Duncan, Samantha Faires, Maggie Hart, Grayson Holbrooks, Lauren Lee, Rhiannon Lee, Austin McAlister, Nigel McCauley, Eli Moore, Ryan Moore, Ryan Nation, Logan O’Kelley, Zoe Patton, Emily Peters, Paul Scotland, Bryson Scruggs, Emma Shirley, Cameron Sluder, Emily Steele, Danielle Strader, Leah Strickland, Erica Wearing, Jenna Wilson and Ethan Williams.
