Rain Totals Continue To Pile Up Across The Golden Corner
(Seneca, SC)———————-Oconee County and much of the area remains under a Flood Watch until 7pm and more rain is on the way for today and tomorrow. According to Barbara Wilson, our official County Weather Observer, the County received 0.88 inches of rain for the 24 hour period ending this morning at 7 am. For this week, so far, Barbara says the County has received around 5 inches of rain. In the month of February, the County has received around 7 inches of rain so far and for the year so far, the county has received well over 13 inches of rain. Since January 1st, 2018, Oconee County has now received almost 98 inches of rain.
