Seneca hosting Halloween on the Green

The City of Seneca presents Halloween on the Green on Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 5-8pm at Norton-Thompson Park in downtown Seneca. There will be a costume contest, free hot dogs and candy, and pumpkin painting for kids, so bring the whole family to this free event.
