Trick-or-Treat at the OCPL

Dress up in your Halloween costume and stop by your nearest Oconee County Public Library (OCPL) branch, says Director Blair Hinson. “Dress up in your Halloween costume and drop by your nearest OCPL branch. We’ll have goodies for every costumed ghoul and goblin. Don’t forget to say, “trick or treat!” So, stop by the Salem, Westminster, Walhalla, or Seneca branch and get some treats. It takes place on Tuesday, Oct. 31, Halloween, so bring the kids in dressed up.” This is a free event at each of the library branches in Oconee County.
