Crimestoppers of Oconee County, Inc. in partnership with the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office and the Seneca Police Department are seeking the public’s help locating a Walhalla man who is wanted on charges from both law enforcement agencies, explains Jimmy Watt, Public Information Officer for the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office. “26-year-old Timothy Moses Souden of Pine Manor Circle in Walhalla is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on seven outstanding arrest warrants: one count of grand larceny, three counts of petit larceny and three counts of breaking into a motor vehicle. The charge against Souden from the Seneca Police Department is a charge of grand larceny.
