Annual Report delivered at TCTC Luncheon

Community, business, industrial, government and political leaders from Anderson, Oconee and Pickens counties attended Tri-County Technical College’s (TCTC) Annual Report Luncheon on Oct. 24. TCTC Public Relations Director Rebecca Eidson says it was a great event on the College’s Pendleton Campus. “Every year Dr. Booth hosts an Annual Report Luncheon for business, industry, and community leaders in Anderson, Oconee and Pickens counties to share the remarkable things that we are doing here at TCTC. We have the highest student success rate in the South Carolina Technical College System, the highest transfer rate, and the highest retention rate. We also have lots of new initiatives and programs like our I-Best Training for Manufacturing, Michelin Manufacturing Scholars, Technical Career Pathways and this event gives him an opportunity to showcase to the community the hard work we are doing on behalf of all the citizens, the businesses, the industries and economic development in our three county area.” The keynote speech at the luncheon was given by Duke Energy’s state president in South Carolina.
