Full-depth patching is planned for the worst spots and crack sealant is slated for the less serious spots. In addition, gas tax revenues are assisting with funding a pair of larger projects in 2018. They are a “cement modification project on SC 59, the Fair Play Boulevard, from I-85 to the Anderson County line. Near Westminster, three miles of Pickens Road to Highway 76 will receive full-depth patching and re-surfacing.
