First Semester winding down in SDOC

The first semester is winding down in the School District of Oconee County (SDOC), explains Superintendent Dr. Michael Thorsland. “We are coming close to the end of the first semester. Students have a half day on Wednesday before we close down for Christmas break. Our elementary school will dismiss at 11am, or middle schools will dismiss at 11:45am and high schools will dismiss at 12pm. In January, our students will have 5 or 6 days of class before we officially close the first semester.” To learn more about the SDOC, visit www.oconee.k12.sc.us.
