Marquee Sign up in front of New Shopping Center

A marquee sign is now in place in front of the first large shopping center project in Oconee in a couple of decades. The sign is in place in front of Hartwell Village, near 123-93. The sign contains panels in which the names of the stores will be featured. Several shopping center tenants are already known; others have yet to be disclosed.
