CAAAM’s Black Authors Expo

The Clemson Area African American Museum (CAAAM) announces the African-American Author Literacy Awareness Campaign’s (AAALAC) Black Authors Expo is scheduled for Jan. 13, from 11am to 4pm. The keynote speaker will be Keba Richmond Green, who will announce the AAALAC’s Author of the Year and honor and remember Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Other speakers and facilitators include Altovise Pelzer on motivational speaking, Melanie Bonita on marketing and branding and Rashelle Rey on playwrighting. Free admission to the expo, which is open to the public. The Clemson Area African American Museum is located in the Calhoun Bridge Center at 214 Butler Street.
