Wells Fargo donates $350,000 to Clemson Diversity Programs

Wells Fargo announces the recent donation of $350,000 to two diversity programs at Clemson University. Call Me MISTER (Mentors Instructing Students Toward Effective Role Models) receives $200,000 to increase the number of diverse teachers in South Carolina and Emerging Scholars receives $150,000 to provide high school students in economically challenged counties in South Carolina the knowledge and skills to succeed in college through a variety of initiatives. Since 2008, Wells Fargo has given $1.56 million to Call Me MISTER and $750,000 to Emerging Scholars. As a longtime supporter of the university, Wells Fargo has donated more than $3.6 million to Clemson since 1991.
