Additional Arrest in Operation Infinity Drug Sweep Round-Up

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office announces an additional arrest in the sixteenth “Operation Infinity” drug sweep round-up that began on April 5, 2017. The Sheriff’s Office teamed up with law enforcement partners from the Seneca and Westminster Police Departments. In all, 32 individuals were being sought on a variety of drug charges involving methamphetamine, heroin, prescription drugs, cocaine and marijuana. Some individuals in this drug sweep were being sought on charges of unlawful neglect of a child as well as attempts to purchase Pseudoephedrine above the legal limits allowed. The additional arrest was that of 30-year-old Brittny Michelle Lamboy of Seneca for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, first offense. She was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center on Jan. 17, and remains in custody on a combined $7,000 surety bond. Her arrest brings the total number of suspects wanted in the drug sweep round-up to 25. The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is continuing their investigation and due to that fact, the names of the other individuals being sought will not be released at this time.
