Seneca Police Chief issues Statement

Seneca Police Chief John Covington has issued a statement to sister station WGOG on last night’s death of a South Townville Street man who died in a traffic-related incident that the coroner says appears to have resulted from a domestic dispute. The victim was 25-year-old John Taylor Bright. Chief Covington said, “Our investigation remains active at this time. The final report has not been completed and the proper charge has not been filed as we are conferring with the solicitor’s office. No bond hearing can be held until the actual charge has been filed. I will do a release later today on the case.”
