Odessa needs a Home

The Oconee Humane Society is spotlighting Odessa in order to find her a forever loving home, explains Angel Newman, Volunteer Coordinator for the Oconee Humane Society. “We just love Odessa, she is the sweetest, happiest, and she’s four-year-old. She is our longest stayed dog at this moment, so we need to get her into a home as soon as possible. She is a little overweight, someone feed her a little too much and didn’t give her as much exercise as she needed. She is a Retriever, Lab and Beagle mix, which I mean that is the best of all worlds. She is gorgeous, brown and white, and a happy grin all the time. The tail never stops wagging. She is very comfortable in the car, she loves children but not as excited about cats, so if you do have cats in the home that might be an issue. But otherwise she is a loving girl, good on a leash, just come and see this baby, she needs someone to make room in their heart for her.” The Oconee Humane Society is located at 1925 Sandifer Boulevard in Seneca. Their hours are Monday through Friday, from 10am to 5pm and Saturday, from 10am to 2pm. Learn more online at www.oconeehumane.org.
