Body of Missing Greenville Man located

The search has ended for 76-year-old Dale Hunter of Greenville. The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office reports that his body was located around 5:30pm Thursday night in a wooded area near Old Altamont Ridge Road. Hunter was last seen on April 5. Since then, 172 searchers from various agencies, dog teams, aircraft and drones were involved in the effort to find Hunter.
