Westminster Man arrested for Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor

A Westminster man sits behind bars on three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor. The Oconee County Detention Center lists 20-year-old Dale Franklin Peay charged with two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and one count of second degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. He is being held without bond.
