Welcome Center back in Business

The South Carolina Welcome Center on I-85 in Fair Play is back in the business of greeting motorists entering the state from Georgia after water service was restored. Pioneer Rural Water was required to change a regulator to complete repairs. The South Carolina DOT placed barricades at the off-ramps, alerting motorists to the problem, but those barricades have been removed and the Welcome Center is back open.
