No Trespass Order for Hometown Building

The Seneca Improvements Corporation meets Thursday, Oct. 25, 2018, at 9am in the conference room of city hall. According to the agenda, the corporation will consider issuing a no trespass order at the former Hometown Food Store on North Walnut Street, a building that the city is apparently trying to market for future development, explains Seneca Mayor Dan Alexander. “There has been some vandalism around the property and there has been some issues with the power in the area. There are some concerns about safety there, too. So, really there shouldn’t be anybody on the property that is not supposed to be there.” This meeting is open to the public.
