Seneca Police Department Makes Arrest On Fugitive From Justice Charges
(Seneca, SC)———————————-The Seneca Police Department made a recent arrest of a Seneca man on Fugitive From Justice charges. 34 year old Richard Thomas Malone was discovered in a vehicle parked on the right side of a business along the Highway 123 by-pass inside the city limits by a Seneca officer patrolling the parking lot. It was discovered that Malone had an active warrant from the state of Alabama for a charge of 3rd Degree Burglary. Malone was placed under arrest and transported to the Oconee County Detention Center. Seneca PD obtained an arrest warrant on the Fugitive from Justice charge. As of this morning, Malone remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center.
