Clemson Literary Festival Receives Grant For Upcoming Three Day Event

(Seneca, SC)—————-The Clemson Literary Festival has received a $3,000 grant from the South Carolina Humanities and the South Carolina Arts Commission to help with costs of bringing nationally known writers to the event. 

More than a dozen writers and literary events are scheduled during the three-day Literary Festival at venues on and around the Clemson campus. The event will take place from April 10th thru April 12th. The headliner for the event is the 2017 Pulitzer Prize Winner for Poetry, Tyehimba Jess. 

South Carolina Humanities is a state program of the National Endowment for the Humanities. The event is also sponsored by the Clemson Humanities Hub.
