City Of Westminster Continues Their “Boil Water Advisory” Today

(Seneca, SC)———————-The city of Westminster announced this morning that it is continuing their “Boil Water Advisory” for certain customers of the City of Westminster and Oconee County in areas affected, which includes subdivisions and secondary roads and any area that may have experienced a loss of water this past Saturday afternoon. According to a press release issued yesterday, these roads and areas are affected: 

· Jenkins Bridge Road

· Dixon Road

· Singleton Road

· Hopewell Church Road

· Baldwin Pointe

· Horseshoe Bend

· Toccoa Highway from Singleton Road, Rivoli Point/Low Country

· Cleveland Pike Road

· Bridge Road

· Ken-Pat Acres

· Madison Shores 

 Customers and system users living in the affected areas advise residents living in the affected areas to vigorously boil their water at least one full minute prior to drinking or cooking. Any ice that has been made with water, which has not been boiled, should not be used.
