Sanitary Sewer Overflow This Weekend Along Clemson Boulevard In Anderson County Cleaned Up

(Seneca, SC)——————————–Anderson County announced in a press release yesterday that due to a blockage in the Highway 76 gravity line that occurred on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, a section near 4299 Clemson Boulevard experienced a Sanitary Sewer Overflow. 

According to the release, the location has been cleaned up and lime added for odor control with the overflow being addressed upon notification and actions taken to clean up the area as soon as possible. SCDHEC as well as Anderson Joint Regional Water were notified as required and samples were collected for analysis to confirm a successful cleanup.
