South Carolina Law Enforcement Division Charges Former Central Police Officer With Peeping Tom And Eavesdropping Charges
(Seneca, SC)—-The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged a former Central Police Officer last week in regards to an investigation in which nude images of a female were found on a laptop computer.
54 year old Mark Anthony Bolden was charged with Peeping Tom, Eavesdropping or Peeping.
The SLED investigation was requested by the Central Police Department.
Bolden was booked into the Pickens County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
According to the arrest warrant obtained by a SLED agent, the incident occurred sometime between March 18th and March 25th of this year. The warrant states that Bolden videoed the victim in a nude state while the victim was changing clothes with the victim being unaware of the video’s.
