Seneca City Administrator Discusses Proposed Quik Trip Convenience At Seneca’s East End Intersection

(Seneca, SC)—-Yesterday on the Coffee Time program, Seneca City Administrator Scott Moulder discussed, on City of Seneca day, reports of a Quik Trip convenience store being constructed at the East End Intersection in Seneca, which is the intersection of Highway 123 at Highway 130, as well as whether any property has been leased at that intersection for a proposed QT.

“I don’t know if it is quite finalized but there is movement there to finalize that lease,” according to Moulder.

Moulder said that plans have been submitted to the city’s Planning and Development Office and at that point, it became public record once the application had been submitted, according to Moulder.

”I can confirm that there is movement to construct at QT right there at the corner of East North First and Highway 130 and Highway 123, that intersection, adjacent to Ingles,” according to Moulder.
