DHEC launches New Business Permit Website
In order to both streamline and make the business permitting process easier, DHEC has launched a new online help site for business permits. Governor Nikki Haley says business owners; especially those who are starting small enterprises will find the process of securing a permit easier and less time-consuming. They can go in, apply for a permit, and they tell them what to do, how to do it, how long it will take, and make it all easier. Therefore, they can continue to watch the permit: they can see where it is in the process, they will know ahead of time how long the average time is to secure a permit.
