Strong Armed Robber turns self in

A suspect wanted in connection to a strong-armed robbery has turned herself in to authorities.  The Seneca Police Department reports that 26-year-old Catessa Rena Holden of Seneca surrender to officers and is accused of robbing an elderly man of $11.  She was booked on a charge of strong-armed robbery late Wednesday. According to police reports, Holden was allowed inside the apartment of a 79-year-old man on West South 4th Street in Seneca. After asking her host to loan her some items, the police say, Holden shoved the man, grabbed $11 from a table, and fled.
