New Logo for OHC

You may have noticed something a little different at the Oconee Heritage Center in downtown Walhalla, the museum has a new logo, explains Oconee Heritage Center curator and director Leslie White.  “Since we are coming up on our tenth anniversary next year, we decided it was time for a little refreshing and rebranding, so our first step has been a new logo.  We are really happy with it.  It is more reflective of our signage, first of all, as well as our mountain heritage and our kind of rustic background.  Therefore, if you see our kind of cabin logo that is us still.  We felt like OHC is still kind of how we refer to things but we wanted to be a little more descriptive.” The Oconee Heritage Center is now circulating the new logo around the community to raise awareness about the Golden Corner’s history museum.  The Oconee Heritage Center plans to release more promotional items sporting the new logo in the near future, such as caps, shirts, car decals, magnets and more so the community can show its support for the downtown Walhalla museum.  To learn more about the Oconee Heritage Center, visit www.oconeeheritagecenter.org.
