Man dies day after Motorcycle Crash

A motorcyclist died a day after he was involved in a chase and wreck in Anderson County.  The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported that troopers attempted to pull over a motorcycle Tuesday night around 7:30pm, but the man fled and a chase ensued.  Troopers stopped the chase when they lost sight of the motorcycle.  However, a short time later, troopers were dispatched to an accident involving a motorcycle on Michelin Boulevard. According to Anderson County Coroner Greg Shore, the driver of the motorcycle was identified as 33-year-old William Jones of Anderson.  He died Wednesday evening in the ICU of AnMed Health Center as a result of head trauma.
