Agenda set for Clemson City Council Meeting

The agenda is set for the Clemson City Council Meeting on Monday, March 19, at 6:30pm. On the agenda, the council will receive a status report on the Abernathy Community Build project, consider setting a date and time for the next Rental Housing Ordinance Work Session and hear staff and council reports. In addition, the council will consider second reading of an ordinance requiring that Social Hosts not knowingly allow the possession or use of alcohol by underage persons, take reasonable steps to prevent the possession and use of alcohol by underage persons, and requiring that Social Hosts prevent social gatherings from getting out of control to the extent that the public health, safety, peace, and welfare is threatened or disturbed, consider setting a date and time for a Rental Housing Suspension Hearing on 127 Curtis Circle, and consider for approval a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Policy and Fee Schedule under the new FOIA Law for the City of Clemson. The meeting is open to the public and takes place in council chambers of Clemson City Hall, which is located at 1250 Tiger Boulevard.
