Anderson Contractor arrested in Seneca

The Seneca Police Department reports the arrest of an Anderson man for contractor’s offenses that date back two years. On Saturday, 50-year-old Bobby Dean Fennell was charged with violating the requirement for a builder’s license and obtaining goods by false pretense.
