Anderson County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Anderson Man On Sexual Exploitation Of A Minor Charges
(Seneca, SC)———–The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Anderson man on charges of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor – 2nd Degree.
According to a press release, detectives with the Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant at an address on Duvall Way in Anderson. The warrant was obtained as a result of an investigation by agents from the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office into the downloading of files that contained child pornography from that address. The images were being shared on a publicly available peer-to-peer network.
The case was sent to the Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Investigator, which led to the acquisition of the search warrant.
As a result of the investigation and execution of the search warrant, Daniel Troy Fulmer was arrested.
The South Carolina Attorney General’s office will prosecute the case.
