Anderson County Sheriff’s Office Seizes Over One Pound Of Methamphetamine And Arrests Four

(Seneca, SC)——————The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office issued a press release yesterday regarding a recent seizure of over one pound of Methamphetamine. On March 6th, the Special Investigations Division of the Sheriff’s Office received information that a large quantity of Methamphetamine was being delivered to an address in Anderson. 

According to the release, deputies and investigators responded to the incident location and an initial traffic stop was conducted after a vehicle had left the address. The driver, Randall Streeb, was discovered to have a quantity of Methamphetamine and was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine. While this initial traffic stop was in progress, a second vehicle left the residence that was under investigation, upon which a second traffic stop occurred. During the second traffic stop, approximately 472 grams of Methamphetamine and two firearms were seized. The second traffic stop led to the arrest of Adam Frisch on charges of Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Possession of a Weapon During Commission of a Violent Crime. 

Based upon the traffic stops and the totality of the circumstances, a search warrant for the residence was obtained, upon which Stacy Capps was found in possession of Methamphetamine. Capps was later charged with Possession With Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine. Based upon evidence gathered as a result of the search warrant, Gale Murphy, the primary homeowner, was arrested. A search of her person at the Anderson County Detention Center produced approximately 51 grams of Methamphetamine. Murphy was charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine. 

A total of 525 grams of Methamphetamine was seized, according to the release.
