AnMed: New Emergency Center and Healthcare Campus Planned for Clemson Boulevard

AnMed has announced plans to build a new healthcare campus and 24/7 emergency center on a 44-acre site along Clemson Boulevard near Interstate 85 Exit 19, set to open in 2028 to serve the growing Pendleton and Anderson County area. This follows other recent health system expansions, including the 2025 opening of AnMed Piedmont near I-85 Exit 35, the upcoming AnMed Central/Clemson facility near U.S. Highway 123 and 18 Mile Road, and an expanded healthcare center at 119 BiLo Place in Seneca offering primary care, pediatrics, urgent care, and physical therapy with new offices opening later this year.
