Annual Brew & Que in Seneca Canceled This Year

Seneca’s annual Brew & Que festival that is hosted by The Journal and The City of Seneca annually has been canceled this year.

General manager of the newspaper, Hal Welch, cited low ticket sales, plus the rising costs of beer and meat as factors in the decision to call off the event, that was scheduled for September 4th.

This is the second time in the five years of Brew & Que that it has been canceled, with the other being during the COVID lockdowns of 2020.

Welch said that refunds would be issued to those who had already purchased tickets.
