Arrests Made in Westminster Shooting Incident
Westminster Police arrested a 19 year-old local man in connection with a Monday, April 12th shooting incident at the corner of Butler and Johnson Streets.
On Wednesday afternoon, police arrested Ruben Kenneth Rivadeneira of a Gaston Circle address in Westminster. He was booked on a charge of second degree Assault and Battery by Mob.
Jerad M. Grimes
Jerad M. Grimes, age 18, was also wanted in connection with the incident. He was charged with second degree Assault and Battery by Mob upon his arrest Thursday afternoon. He is out of jail on bond, according to records.
Ruben Kenneth Rivadeneira
Rivadeneira was released from custody today from the Oconee County Detention Center on a $20,000 bond.
