Body Found in Lake Hartwell Tuesday

Authorities in Pickens County were called to the Twin Lakes boat ramp at Lake Hartwell around 9:30 am Tuesday when a passerby reported seeing a car in the lake. A dive team arrived and found a body inside the vehicle. Pickens County Coroner Kandy Kelley said the death was ruled a suicide.
