Bond Denied for Man Charged with Murder

Bond was denied yesterday for a Westminster man charged with murder. The defendant, 19 year-old Charles Stephon Trapp, Jr., is charged with murder in connection with the September death of Annalyssa Marie Biondolillo-Rodriguez.

Investigators said she was shot and killed while seated in a vehicle, while the driver of the vehicle was wounded. Trapp is also charged with two counts of attempted murder and possession of a weapon during commission of a violent crime. Officials said the incident centered on a drug transaction.

Trapp’s now former attorney, Suzanne Earle, said he “vehemently denies” the charges, however, after bond was denied, Circuit Judge R. Lawton McIntosh approved a motion by Earle to be relieved as Trapp’s representation. The defendant confirmed that he sent messages to Earle, and had fired her from the case.

Judge McIntosh went on to pronounce Trapp a “danger to the community” and ordered that he remain in custody for another six months before seeking bond again.
