Boutique Owner Faces 16th Arrest on Breach of Trust Charges

An Upstate boutique owner is awaiting out on bond after her 16th arrest since January. Pamela Brooke Schronce, 30, owner of Thomas and Turner Boutique in Belton, was transferred from the Greenville County Detention Center and booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 11:22 a.m. Monday on two counts of breach of trust with fraudulent intent. The charges involve two victims: one who reported losing approximately $487.07 on seven undelivered online orders placed between October 2024 and March 2025, despite repeated emails and promises of refunds; and another who pre-ordered matching children’s outfits in December 2024, received only a partial $73.02 gift card refund, and lost access to the remaining balance after the business closed without delivering the items. The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office says the investigation remains ongoing.
