Severe storms that swept thought the Upstate late Sunday night had many waking up without electricity this morning. Statewide, Duke Energy reported that there were 3,827 outages reported. Of those, as of this morning, 3,201 were in Anderson County, 1 in Oconee and 57 in Pickens. Blue Ridge Electric reported 63 outages. Repairs and damage assessments are underway, officials said.
