On Monday afternoon around 1:00 pm Oconee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 29 year-old Efren Contreras, Jr of West Union. He was booked into jail on a charge of 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with a minor. At this time he remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center with a bond amount set at $15,000.

According to jail records, police arrested 47 year-old Angel Albino Antunez Ocampo, 33 year-old Erlin Francisco Cruz-Chirinos, Stephanie Michelle Doron Moncada, age 22, and 22 year-old Brayan Jose Sequeira Chirinos and charged each of them with trafficking cocaine.
