On Wednesday, Oconee County Deputies arrested 28 year-old Christopher Edward Burrell of Spartanburg and charged him with 3rd degree assault and battery, domestic violence, malicious injury to property, grand larceny, breaking into an auto, and use of a vehicle without permission.
