Autopsy performed on Lower Whitewater Falls Victim

An examination was completed Tuesday on Anna McCall Mimms. At approximately 3:15pm Sunday, Mimms fell into the Whitewater River and was swept over the Lower Falls. Her body was recovered Monday afternoon. Oconee County Coroner Karl Addis reports that she died from blunt force traumatic injuries associated with the fall. Her manner of death is classified as accidental.
