Martin named Interim OC Administrator

After an executive session Tuesday night, the Oconee County Council appointed Rick Martin interim county administrator. Martin replaces Scott Moulder, who resigned last week to take the job of Seneca City Administrator. Martin will receive additional compensation of $1,000 a month, through three months after the council selects Moulder’s permanent replacement.
